1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Tonebridge Nexus (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all referenced policies, including our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Course access and licenses

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your personal or organizational learning as specified at checkout. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or share content outside your team without permission.

4. User content

You retain ownership of practice recordings, submissions, and messages you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content for the purpose of delivering the Service.

5. Payments, refunds, and taxes

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Unless otherwise stated, self-paced courses are eligible for a refund within 7 days if under 20% of content is completed. Live, cohort, and coaching enrollments are refundable up to 72 hours before the first session. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harassing activity on or through the Service.
• No attempts to bypass security, scrape at scale, or disrupt operations.
• No unauthorized sharing of course content or coach feedback.

7. Intellectual property

All materials, trademarks, and branding are the property of Tonebridge Nexus or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee speaking outcomes or specific career results; actual results depend on individual effort and context.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tonebridge Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date.
